Gina Martin is obviously notable. Some of the awards listed seem very much less notable than she is. Awards that are not extremely well known, not highly respected, and that don't involve a very large sum of money either, seem questionable to include.
I like to think of it this way: if an award is not more famous and respected than the person who received it, why bother listing it in their article? The award that Martin declined is probably at least close to being that notable, tends to be mostly considered respected, and the fact that she declined it makes it more important to mention. But some of the others seem like they might be "Make Our Publication Look Famous By Clever Name-Dropping" Awards. TooManyFingers (talk) 14:47, 29 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
