- Ghost Note, a cafe notable for its innovative seasonal drinks, opened its second location last month. It’s inside the Seattle Tower skyscrape at 1218 Third Avenue. As the Puget Sound Business Journal notes, “The opening is a positive sign for Third Avenue, the transit corridor that’s been an epicenter of the city’s homelessness, addiction and safety issues, particularly since the onset of the pandemic.”
