WP:Mirroring by Indian news media

An anonymous user added an unsourced name (Geeta Rani Basra) for the subject on 16 November 2024, and a few Indian news sites have already mirrored it.

Similarly, an anonymous user added the unsourced name Geeta Basra Singh on 12 April 2021, and that too has been mirrored by multiple Indian news articles.

These are clear violations of WP:BLP. So I will remove both names. If anyone believes that either name is not a hoax, please provide at least one reliable source that predates the corresponding Wikipedia entry. - NitinMlk (talk) 22:44, 14 August 2025 (UTC)
