Weak sources

I have reverted some weak primary sources. For example this cohort study is a primary source. We need stronger sources to making health statements. There is a lack of high-quality reviews on this subject. A recent review found that "potato consumption in general is not related to risk for many chronic diseases" although it did not specifically look at just fried potatoes Psychologist Guy (talk) 18:20, 6 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
