Would a Lästenroller be a forecar?

In the '50s, the Germans had vehicles called "Lästenrollern" (the "n" at the end indicating plural). The photo in this section is an example. Would these be considered "forecars"? Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 18:47, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
