I've moved the page to the Japanese name since English-language sources appear to prefer this name. To elucidate:

"bingwu" -wikipedia on Google has 106,000 results, but nearly all are about the homonymic Chinese surname. I've found a single hit about astrology within the first hundred.
"bing wu" astrology -wikipedia gets 8,590 results, but few are both RS and not surname hits. Also most of the hits for me past page 2 are swamped by an autogenerated astrology website.
"hinoe uma" -wikipedia has 5,290 hits, mostly on topic and RS. On the first page for me: . Additionally, the fertility phenomenon appears to be WP:GNG notable, while the zodiac year itself doesn't. Daß Wölf 23:22, 12 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Why is this page exclusively about Japan? Modern Japan doesn't even celebrate Chinese New Year. Also, there is no mention that Bính Ngọ is the Vietnamese name. ~2026-10264-54 (talk) 09:37, 18 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
