The Ray Larabie in the lede looks very much like an inserted ad, i.e. totally out of place. 82.212.58.156 (talk) 19:44, 15 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Eurostile in Use

[edit]

I think this page, and other font pages on Wikipedia, should probably focus on the fonts themselves with only a few novel or notable uses, but should not become pages about all the places a font has been used, as it would disproportionately shift the focus of the page on what amounts to trivia more than the subject of the article.

Eurostile is one of the most popular fonts that exists for logos. It’s used in all sorts of media, including TV, films, music, games, and books. It’s used for advertising, for companies’ logos. It’s everywhere. An excellent website, Fonts in Use, already sources and catalogs usage of this font (and many others). From this page, it’s easy to see just how extensive its use is across time.

I just don’t think every example needs to be listed in this article. Louie Mantia (talk) 19:14, 21 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
