Misconduct
[edit]Kees resigned from the USAO due to an investigation into sexual harassment misconduct allegations. During the investigation, he was appointed to the Arkansas “Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission.” The investigation subsequently confirmed the allegations and also demonstrated improper attempts to hide the misconduct. Reporters inquired with the State of Arkansas about the investigation results and Kees was forced to resign from the Commission. He returned to the private sector. https://theintercept.com/2024/05/14/arkansas-us-attorney-dak-kees-ethics Harmlesshumanist (talk) 12:41, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
