The current page name is "EPB49" which is an old placeholder name (Erythrocyte Membrane Protein Band 4.9). This should be updated. The uniprot protein name is "Dematin" while the gene symbol is DMTN. The previous symbol is listed as "EPB49" so the identity of this page is confirmed. The uniprot name seems quite goodm, and the DMTN page is already taken by a K-pop band anyways, so I will try to move the page to "Dematin". Pabnau (talk) 02:52, 31 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
