Momentum Logistics is a logistics company based in Sharjah. Established in 2008, the company  operates in the Middle East, providing services such as transportation, freight forwarding, and  warehousing. It opened offices in Zakho and Irbil, Iraq, and acquired a controlling interest in  UAE-based Avalon General Land Transport. The company later sold its shares in Avalon General  Land Transport in August 2024. Cinder painter (talk) 13:11, 28 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

Page updates

[edit]

Dear, Thenightaway. I noticed that my recent edits to the article Crescent Enterprises were reverted (I was not logged in). I wanted to kindly ask you to reconsider, as the information I added is supported by verifiable sources. If you review the article's history, you’ll find at least several well-sourced contributions that were previously part of the article. I would like to restore a few sentences from that version as they add important and factual details.

I respect your actions, but if my edits are reverted again without valid reasoning (to name the local news as propaganda is too vague), I will submit a request for administrator intervention or will start a mediation process to resolve the dispute fairly.

Thank you for your understanding. Hangi Dowui (talk) 09:42, 30 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

@Hangi Dowui As a paid editor you need to use {{Edit COI}} and request edits. The edit request is considered, measured against policy, and either accepted or declined. That process removes the dispute you fid yourself in. 🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦 15:12, 4 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Hangi Dowui As advised above you need to use {{Edit COI}} to request edits and you will not be allowed to re-write it wholesale! Theroadislong (talk) 12:36, 5 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
PLEASE use {{Edit COI}} to request edits as previously advised!!! Theroadislong (talk) 13:00, 5 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
Theroadislong, My advice for editing is to create a new section called “structure” and detail it a bit with the divisions that the company has:
Companies CE-Ventures invested in include [[NerdWallet]] and cloud kitchen platform Kitopi. In 2018, CE-Ventures acquired a minority stake in Dubai-based logistics company Transcorp. In 2014, Gulftainer became the first Middle Eastern port operator with operations in the US,  with a 35-year concession at Florida's Port Canaveral. In March 2018, the company won a 50- year concession to operate a second US port in Wilmington, Delaware through its US subsidiary  GT USA Wilmington. GT USA Wilmington later withdrew from developing the Port of  Wilmington in 2023.

Not done entirely promotional. Theroadislong (talk) 13:01, 5 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for your feedback. I aimed to make the article non-promotional, following the structure of other pages about holdings and companies, such as Herbol and Meraas, which have a small number of sources but are quite detailed.
Could you please edit and specify which parts of the text seem too promotional? I’m happy to revise or remove them to ensure the article meets Wikipedia’s standards. Hangi Dowui (talk) 12:02, 6 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
