Features, vs. dandelion?

In my part of the world, people who lack the experience or the information tend to assume any yellow flower even vaguely resembling Taraxacum officinale is "a dandelion". I imagine that my part of the world is not the only place where this mistake gets made. :) Would it make sense to include a list of the easily observable differences between the two?

Something like that list is already here, but it describes Crepis tectorum without really specifying the differences. TooManyFingers (talk) 04:33, 26 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
