Hi, I’m Cole Rolland, the subject of this article, so I’m disclosing a conflict of interest and requesting that an independent editor review this change. The article currently opens with my legal name, “Stephen Cole Rolland,” which can remain in the "Born" section but I am professionally and publicly known as Cole Rolland.

Cole Rolland is the name used across my official website, YouTube Official Artist Channel, music releases, social profiles, and the overwhelming majority of independent coverage about my work.

I’m requesting that the opening sentence be changed from: “Stephen (Cole) Rolland, known professionally as Cole Rolland, is a Canadian guitarist and music producer.” To: “Cole Rolland is a Canadian guitarist and music producer.”

My legal name can remain elsewhere in the article if editors believe it is relevant and properly sourced. The purpose of this request is simply to make the lead reflect the name under which I am publicly known and notable. Thank you for reviewing this request.
