Chargé d'affaires in Germany

Until August 2016 in the article was mentioned the funcition as Chargé d'affaires in Germany

From August 7, 2009 to 2012 he was Chargé d'affaires in Berlin.^[1]
I can't rule out this function nor y want to hide it but I estimate it is not likely.
