I noticed that Chris Hoffman was born in 1981 and has projects going back to the 1980s (mostly Bill Plympton animations) where he apparently voiced. But the voice overs sound like a grown man and I am also starting to believe that there are two actors named Chris Hoffmann, one that did voice over for Plympton and the Zimbabwe/Canadian actor. I also believe that the voice actor for the Plymptoons was American.
