I have been assuming that anyone with their own Wikipedia article is notable enough for this purpose. For anyone without an article some sort of threshold is indeed appropriate. I haven't added Jonathan A. Jones for obvious reasons. Jonathan A Jones (talk) 15:46, 16 September 2019 (UTC)Reply
