article needs rewrite to be objective

i'm the author of the project so i shouldn't/won't be doing this myself, but the whole thing kinda sounds like a promo (i guess someone was too eager)

it would be great to clean it up so it only contains objective information and neutral language

probably a bunch of the content can just be discarded in favor of a much simpler overview
