Species list

Now that most of the species of Chiloglottis have an article, I propose to remove the journal name and year of description from the species list and add the state(s) where each species occurs. Seems to me that would make it easier for a reader to identify the possible species located in a particular state. The journal name and year of description is in the respective article.
