This is a promising article, and with some corrections to these notes would be ready for GA status. I will place this on hold for seven days, following the WP:GAN/I#HOLD recommendation.
Thankyou to the editors that started this GA review. The article actually doesn't seem to flow in chronological history order, and, really I do not believe that World War II actually merits mention here. I have tried to insert some text indicating that by the time the Soviets fielded heavyweight ICBMs that the complex would have almost certainly been destroyed, probably by multiple ultraheavyweight megaton missiles, not just the usual "double-tap" to make sure that one warhead got through if the other failed to arrive for some reason, but this probably needs to be better sourced.
