Heavy focus on illegality

This article is heavily focused on illegal fishing. Catch reporting is also vital input to stock assessments and for informing management measures (both real-time and permanent).

I suggest a more general opening paragraph (e.g. types of montoring) then headings including illegal activity. Melanogrammus (talk) 19:46, 9 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
