Wasn't the EF3 rating unofficial? I recall the wind speed being in the context of "equivalent to", and I think that should hold the same weight as the Tri-State's F5 rating. Departure– (talk) 04:32, 23 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

I would put something along the line of “EF3 equivalent winds” if possible, similar to the section on the 2003 fire tornadoes in 2003 Canberra bushfires. the wildfire update guy that also writes about other weather (talk) 17:52, 23 December 2024 (UTC)Reply

Timezone…???

Why is the timezone in Central Standard Time rather than local time?? This tornado occurred nowhere remotely close to the central U.S., and occurred as California was practicing Daylight Savings Time. This is a highly misleading inclusion and should be changed Jaquavious watterson (talk) 19:02, 14 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
