The "Background" section contains a lot of "History" elements. It would be better that the "Background" was "Organisation and structure" and just listed the facts about the organization as it is today. Add Coordinates to Infobox for Map Display

The infobox currently lists the headquarters address as "22 Neptune Court, Vanguard Way, Cardiff, CF24 5PJ."

The | coordinates = field is currently empty, which prevents a location map marker from being generated in the infobox.
