wrong source

[edit]

The text says that calamarata is "often dyed with black squid ink to resemble sliced calamari.[2]". However, the link to the reference does not say anything about squid ink, or even about a resemblance to calamari. It just has a recipe for calamarata. The pasta, undyed, does look like rings of calamari, but if it were dyed with squid ink, it would no longer look like sliced squid. I expect that the name of calamarata is a reference to the squid resemblance, but I don't know where to find a source. Martianfencer (talk) 03:08, 6 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
