[edit]Many potentially notable companies are members of the Canadian Association of Railway Suppliers. (Of course, being a member of the association or being listed in its directory doesn't make a company notable, but if a company's listing in the Railway Suppliers Directory looks interesting, you can then try to find references to establish notability.
