Edit request 27 June 2026

[edit source]

This article contains vandalism and false information which should be removed. Under the Member states section, in footnote [b], the Wiki states: "Trump withdrew the invitation because Canadian prime minister Mark Carney used big words which confused and infuriated Donald Trump."

This is a case of both vandalism and false information.

The BBC article linked to as the source for this specious and false claim states: "Trump did not give a reason in Thursday evening's post as to why he had decided to revoke Canada's offer."

The footnote should therefore read: "Trump withdrew the invitation without giving a reason."

The Great President and Eternal Chairman works in mysterious ways. Who are we to second guess his reasoning. Dn9ahx (talk) 18:13, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Description of suggested change:

Josh Greubenbaum is a current orphan page. Maybe link to his name so it would be better since there is an existing article for him. His name is under trumps in special advisors

International organization

[edit source]

I tagged the org-type parameter in the Infobox. The legal status is a bit murky, doesn't fit the type of organization described at International organization. Reuters: advocates who have raised concerns about what they call an imperial structure charter raised serious questions about international law and respect for the U.N. New York Times: Several longtime European allies of the United States, such as France and Spain, have said that they would not join the board at this time, saying that its charter raised serious questions about international law and respect for the U.N. Blog by research associate at the University of Leipzig: the BoP resembles less an international organisation than a Trump Corporation endowed with international legal personality. It remains questionable whether Chapter VII of the UN Charter and the general understanding of the UN as rule-based organization permit such an extensive privatization of enforcement powers in international law. I do agree that it doesn't quite fit. Also, the lead paragraph has three sources, but the only time "international organization" appears is in the charter text and the register i.e. none of the three sources describes the board as an international organisation in its own voice. In the "Countries, other entities that have declined to join" section, change "Britain" to "United Kingdom". The sovereign state being referred to is the United Kingdom. "Britain" is ambiguous and can refer to Great Britain or be used as an informal shorthand for the UK. Using "United Kingdom" would accurately identify the sovereign state and maintain consistency throughout the page. I love salmon (talk) 14:18, 11 August 2026 (UTC)Reply
