Are you sure we shouldn't merge this with Blue Hawaii (cocktail)?

Two pages whose titles start with "Blue Hawaii" both in category "Cocktails with light rum", both containing "rum", "pineapple juice", and blue curaçao. Both articles being low-importance food and drink articles, are you sure we should not merge them into one, longer, better article? They seem to be two variations on essentially the same cocktail with slightly different names. They probably have a common ancestor or origin in the cocktail tree of life. And, anyway, doesn't blue curaçao itself NOT have a separate article from its dry or orange sibling? So, then, why should these articles be in question. Unless, that is, we are sure these cocktails have a separate history or origin. ~2026-42519-69 (talk) 22:00, 31 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
