Lots of very clipped sentences, not enough dates ("Valteri moved to Italy, where he became fascinated with the ideas of fascism. Returned to Albania during the Italian occupation. He was a member of the Albanian Fascist Party and served in the Fascist militia." When?) I may do some work here (I ffixed a few egregious errors in the lead), but I don't know who this guy is.
