Special values

The special values appear to be the values of the so-called negapolygamma function, not the balanced generalized polygamma function as defined in the text. For example, $\psi (-2,1)$ should actually be $-\log(A)=-0.248754477\ldots$ Fredrik Johansson 13:49, 2 August 2015 (UTC)
