misleading/ vague information
[edit]The statement [In 1893, when the Government of India deposed his father, they offered him the vacant throne of Kalat. He declined the offer, stating: "A father in prison and in exile, and his son on the vacant throne? My father did not bring me into this world for that purpose. I would rather share his fate and remain in exile like him than become the ruler of Kalat." He subsequently went to Quetta in self-imposed exile.] appears to be misleading/ false based on [Riccardo Redaelli's book The Father's Bow P75, Sir Edward Wakefield's book Past Imperative- My time in India 1927-1947,P109, P110.]I suggest revisiting it to [Khudadad khan was deposed of throne for ordering the Killings of his Mustaufi Faqeer Muhammad, his father, his son Gul Farukh and his Guard Sherdad. These killings were personally supervised by his younger son Azam Khan. Khudadad's eldest Son Mir Mehmood khan as the new ruler, was proposed by the jirga of the sardars and agreed upon. Khudadad khan and his younger son Azam Khan were tried and found guilty of the barbaric murders. Awbaloch (talk) 04:52, 1 July 2025 (UTC)
