Source: At this source in Spanish from a newspaper of the Dominican Republic named Listín Diario, Carrasco said the following: (Carrasco) se topó con un reclutamiento para árbitros de fútbol. Translation (by me): (Carrasco) stumbled upon a recruitment for football referees. Wihtout having idea of the rules, without having ever kicked a ball, he raised his hand: Sign me up because one never knows what we are going to live on.
