Best picture to use?

There's a debate about which of these photos to use.
I think the picture of him standing is more professional than the one that appears to be a screenshot of a Zoom call during COVID. Both meet open license guidelines.
But I got reverted and want to avoid a revert war so I think I'll post this and then revert this one time and see if anyone has a reason to defend the Zoom call one.
