I have a conflict of interest with this subject. I served as Chief Development Officer at Positive Resource Center, the successor organization to AIDS Emergency Fund, from December 2016 to August 2018. I am submitting this draft through Articles for Creation so that uninvolved editors can review it. I do not intend to move it directly into mainspace myself.
