Lead and infobox

• The source within the infobox for the firm could be removed as I see it's cited in the body?

• "The Youth Park ", is this another term for *SCAPE? This could be clarified better if so!
  • Actually a different place just opposite *SCAPE

Architecture

• "This site was left undeveloped because an MRT line runs beneath it.", could the line be specified?

Subsequent comments

• "Some tenants shared that they were experiencing significant financial losses and had requested rent reductions.", does the source state who some of the tenants were? An example could be given to give more context for the reader.
• "Many retailers had turned to offering discounts to sustain their businesses.", same here.
