Stany Hubertus Maria Crets (Turnhout, December 11, 1964) is a Flemish (voice) actor, author, novellist, producer, screenwriter and director.
Career
[edit]Crets started his career in 1988. He provided voices in the Flemish dubs of movies such as Chicken Run, Brother Bear, Finding Nemo and its successor Finding Dory, Shark Tale, Over the Hedge, Open Season, Marmaduke, and Inside Out and its successor Inside Out 2, next to various live-action roles, including several collaborations with his good friend, the Flemish actor Peter Van Den Begin. In theater, he worked for Koninklijke Vlaamse Schouwburg, 't Gebroed, Blauwe Maandag Compagnie, Nederlands Toneel Gent/Musichall, MMT, 't Arsenaal, NV Elisabeth, FC Bergman/Conservatorium), Uitgezonderd, De Komediecompagnie, Backstage Productions, Crets Van den Begin Van Geel and Eén Zee. Next to that, he is active in musicals and operas.
