Rose Toll (June 4, 1911 – May 12, 1997) was a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.[4][5]
She graduated from Kensington High School and Mount Sinai Hospital School of Nursing in 1932.[4]
She served as ward leader of Philadelphia's 50th ward from 1966-1978.[6][7] Her husband was U.S. Representative Herman Toll.
