Neot Golan (Hebrew: נְאוֹת גּוֹלָן) is an Israeli settlement and moshav, in the southern Golan Heights, under the administration of Israel, which considers it part of its sovereign territory. It falls under the jurisdiction of Golan Regional Council, and had a population of 741 in 2024.[1]
The international community considers Israeli settlements in the Golan Heights illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this.[2]
History
The moshav was built in 1968, when Golan area was a part of the Israeli Military Governorate.
