Mamulan County (Persian: شهرستان معمولان) is in Lorestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Mamulan,[1] whose population at the time of the 2016 National Census was 7,656 people in 2,344 households.[2]

History

In 2023, Mamulan District[a] was separated from Pol-e Dokhtar County in the establishment of Mamulan County and renamed the Central District. The new county was divided into two districts of two rural districts each, with Mamulan as its capital and only city.[1]
