Lilownai is a village located in the Shangla District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Situated approximately 4.1 kilometres from Alpuri, the administrative headquarters of Shangla District, the valley is widely recognised for it's high literacy, scenic alpine landscape, and tranquil community life.

A well known mountain present alongside Spin Sar. Change Sar is the highest peak in Lilownai Valley ranging between 2000m to 3000m.
° Shomano Banda
A high pasture meadow situated in the Spin Sar area region renowned for its green scenery and peaceful environment.
○ Kandaw Top
This top is well known for its greenery, alpine trees. This is linked with Bahadar Sar as well as the other side valley named Pirkhana.
NAME ORIGIN
According to residential people, Lilownai name is a Hindu Elderly woman who lives in this place during British rule in subcontinent. Hindus named this place Lilownai because this woman is highly religious and highly respected by the Hindus community.
When Pashtun migrate here this place had been named.
