James McKenzie Morrison (born July 18, 1990) is an American professional boxer and bare-knuckle boxer. He is the son of former heavyweight world champion of boxing, Tommy Morrison.
Professional career
[edit]Morrison has a record of 22–1–2 (20 KOs).[2] He has a victory over Hasim Rahman Jr. by TKO on April 29, 2022 in Las Vegas to contest the USA-USNBC heavyweight belt.[3] In his next fight, Morrison suffered an upset loss to Robert Simms by unanimous decision on October 22, 2022 in Kansas City.[4] Many have questioned the quality of Morrison's opposition.
Bare-knuckle boxing
[edit]Morrison made his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut against Alex Davis on June 21, 2025 at BKFC 76 and won by technical knockout one minute into the first round.[5]
