John Mooring (born May 8, 1947) is an American former professional football player who was a tackle and center in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Tampa Spartans football and was selected in the second round of the 1971 NFL draft.[1] Mooring played in the NFL for the New York Jets from 1971 to 1973 and for the New Orleans Saints in 1974.[2][3]
