Football Manager 27 (FM27) is an upcoming football management simulation video game developed by Sports Interactive and published by Sega.[1][2] It is scheduled for release on 10 November 2026[3] for Windows, macOS, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, with a mobile version for Android and iOS available exclusively through Netflix. The PC and Mac version will be distributed through Steam, the Epic Games Store,[4][1] and the Xbox PC app,[5] while the console version will be released for Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will have access to the game from launch.[6]
FM27 follows Football Manager 26 and continues the series' transition to the Unity engine.[7] The game features a redesigned user interface that changes navigation, reduces the number of steps required to access information, and adds further options for customising screens, bookmarks and shortcuts.[8] Sports Interactive has also announced changes to the match-day experience and the wider game world, including improvements to crowds, stadiums, weather, lighting and other visual elements.[9]
