I have completely overhauled this draft based on your feedback regarding notability.
I realized the previous version focused too much on Rick's current "routine" job duties. I have changed this version to focus on the subject's 20-year history as a founder and the 2018 corporate acquisition of his company by CBS Sports Digital/Paramount, followed by the 2024 sale to ProBox. I believe that these business milestones, combined with the new career profile from Brunch Boxing and coverage from The Guardian, provide the secondary, independent coverage required by GNG and WP:JOURNALIST.
