COI disclosure and resubmission note
[edit]I am an employee of Harper James and have a financial conflict of interest in relation to this draft, which I have disclosed on my user page.
Following the AfC decline, I have substantially rewritten the draft in an attempt to address the concerns under WP:NCORP. In particular, I have removed the detailed list of legal services, award and directory material, and other content that did not provide significant independent coverage.
The revised draft uses longer-form coverage from Legal Futures (2020) and LPM (2024) concerning the firm's history and operating model, together with independent reporting from The Sunday Times, City A.M. and the Law Gazette concerning private-equity interest in and investment in the firm.
I recognise that some of the detailed coverage is from specialist legal-sector publications and that this needs to be assessed carefully under WP:NCORP. I would be grateful for a fresh review of whether the revised sourcing is sufficient to establish notability. Lp20gc (talk) 17:02, 12 August 2026 (UTC)
