Woof Pet, Inc. is an American pet products company headquartered in Denver, Colorado.^[1] Founded in 2021, the company designs and manufactures dog toys, refillable treat systems, dental products, and enrichment tools. Its best-known product is the Pupsicle, a refillable treat toy for dogs.

History

Woof was founded in 2021 by inventor and entrepreneur Daniel Haarburger.^[1] The company’s flagship product, the Pupsicle, was developed after Haarburger’s dog, Milo, a mixed-breed described as part Siberian Husky and part Australian Cattle Dog, underwent surgery that limited his physical activity for several months.^[1] According to the interview, the experience led Haarburger to develop an alternative enrichment product during the dog’s recovery.^[1] The initial prototype was created in a home workshop before being brought to market.^[1] In 2025, Woof was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States.^[2]
