Vishnu Agasthya is an Indian actor who works primarily in Malayalam cinema. He gained recognition for his lead performance as Surjith in the Karikku Fliq web series Insomnia Nights (2021). He later appeared in films including 1001 Nunakal (2022), O.Baby (2023), RDX: Robert Dony Xavier (2023), Rifle Club (2024), Athiradi (2026), and Anomie (2026).
Career
[edit]Vishnu Agasthya started his career with supporting roles in Malayalam films before gaining wider recognition for portraying Surjith in the Karikku Fliq web series Insomnia Nights (2021). The series received positive attention and helped establish him as an emerging actor. In an interview with Cinema Express, Vishnu stated that Insomnia Nights gave him the visibility that led to roles in O.Baby, 1001 Nunakal, and RDX.[1]
He subsequently appeared in Rifle Club, Nellikkampoyil Night Riders, Sangarsha Ghadana: The Art of Warfare, Athiradi, Anomie, Masthishka Maranam, Prathichaya, and Chinna Chinna Aasai.
