Therapy at the Club is an upcoming second studio album by the British girl group Flo. It is scheduled to be released on 24 July 2026 and distributed through music company EMI Records.

Background and development

After releasing their debut studio album, Access All Areas (2024), it received generally positive reviews from various music critics.^[1] The album would later chart within the top three on the Official Albums Chart for the United Kingdom,^[2] as well as marking their chart debut in the United States on the Billboard 200 chart.^[3] As they embarked on their tour of the same name in the upcoming year,^[4] the British girl group Flo saw their first Grammy Award nomination for the album; it was nominated for Best Progressive R&B Album at its 68th annual ceremony.^[5]
