Summarecon Serpong is one of the business units of Summarecon Agung that develops a large-scale integrated township in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
Summarecon Serpong has developed approximately 320 hectares of land, comprising 12.000 housing units, 6.000 apartements units, 1.800 residential plots, and around 2.000 shophouse units.[1][2][3]

Summarecon Mall Serpong
[edit]Summarecon Mall Serpong (also known as SMS) is one of the shopping centers located in the Summarecon Serpong area of Gading Serpong, Kelapa Dua, Tangerang Regency, Banten.[4]
With a total area of approximately 115.000 square meters, the shopping center stands within the Sentra Gading Serpong complex, which includes several facilities such as Pasar Modern Sinpasa, Salsa Food City, and Downtown Walk.
The shopping center was developed and is managed by PT Summarecon Agung.
Transportation
[edit]The integrated township of Summarecon Serpong has direct access to the Jakarta-Tangerang Toll Road.
A shuttle service is available from Summarecon Mall Serpong to various destinations in Jakarta, such as fx Sudirman and Kelapa Gading, as well as to Citra Raya and Villaggio Outlet Karawang.
In addition, JR Connexion transportation is available through the Royaltrans S14 route (Summarecon Serpong-Lebak Bulus).[5]
