Comment: A subject can't create their own notability, unless they qualify under WP:NPROF, which clearly isn't the case here, that is intended for very senior academics which huge citations by other academics. Otherwise someone needs to meet the WP:GOLDENRULE three times over. This isn't shown here, and it seems somewhat unlikely to be possible. Ramesh Meel is an Indian researcher and teaching professional whose academic interests are primarily related to political science, voting behaviour, international relations, India's foreign policy, mediation, peace and diplomacy.
Education and academic work
[edit]Meel completed a Master of Arts degree from Maharshi Dayanand University in 2023. His institutional academic profile lists him as a teaching assistant at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri, and identifies political science as his area of expertise.[1]
His research focuses on electoral behaviour, the influence of social and technological factors on voting, political participation, Indian politics, international relations and foreign policy.

The first study examines the influence of social-media use on the voting behaviour of respondents in the Hisar parliamentary constituency. The second examines the relationship between sociological factors—including caste, development, local issues, unemployment and perceptions of government performance—and voting behaviour in Hisar district.
