92nd birth anniversary memorial lecture
[edit]A memorial lecture was organised on 9 August 2026 on the occasion of the 92nd birth anniversary of late Prof. Matadin. The programme was held at Tagore Hall, Arts Faculty, University of Delhi.
The invitation for the programme was issued by the Dr. Ambedkar Education Trust. It listed Justice Suresh Kumar Kait, former Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, as the chief guest.
The programme also listed Prof. Anju Wali Tikku, Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and Dr. T. R. Kem, former Secretary of the University Grants Commission, as guests of honour.
Prof. Ramesh Chandra, former Vice-Chancellor of Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, was listed as the presiding chair.
Prof. Gunjan Gupta, Professor-in-Charge of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, and Prof. Pinky Sharma, Professor-in-Charge of Law Centre-2, University of Delhi, were listed as key speakers.
Dr. T. R. Naval, former District Judge, Delhi, was also listed in the programme.
The event was scheduled for 9 August 2026 at 2:00 pm at Tagore Hall, Arts Faculty, with high tea scheduled for 6:00 pm.
