- Comment: I cannot find sources that meet WP:CORPDEPTH. Being that it was founded this year, it may be a while before that type of coverage exists. PBS Aerospace is an American aerospace manufacturer based in Roswell, Georgia, and the North American subsidiary of the Czech engineering company PBS Group. The company was established in 2025 and produces small turbojet engines for unmanned aircraft and other defense-related applications.[1][2]
History
[edit]PBS Aerospace announced February 3rd, 2025 that it would establish a North American headquarters manufacturing operation for small turbine jet engines, in Roswell, Georgia. The Roswell site officially opened in September 2025 as the company’s American headquarters. [3] [4]
The Roswell, Georgia facility serves as PBS Aerospace’s U.S. base for producing propulsion systems for drones, interceptors, and cruise missiles. Aviation Tech Today reported that the site was expedited to build several thousand small turbojet engines annually beginning in 2026. In February 2026, PBS Aerospace announced a multi-year subcontract with Zone 5 Technologies to supply turbojet engines for U.S. defense programs.[5]
In March 2026, the company announced a $3 million U.S. Air Force prime contract related to cost reduction for the company’s propulsion systems that serve the Family of Affordable Mass Munitions program. The Washington Times reported the award reflected growing demand for low-cost propulsion systems for drones and cruise missiles, while The Defense Post described the Zone 5 agreement as supporting domestic production of military grade turbojet engines in the United States. In September, PBS Aerospace announced the completion of it’s first expansion since the facility’s ribbon cutting. The completed a 10,000-square-foot expansion of its Roswell, Georgia manufacturing facility, adding two engine test cells and doubling the company's test capacity. The expansion brings annualized production capacity in the new space to 5,000 turbojet engines. [7]
The announcement comes one year after PBS Aerospace opened the Roswell facility in September 2025. It is the company's second completed buildout in twelve months. The facility now totals 30 thousand square feet and employs 90 people, the majority of whom are veterans.

The Roswell facility manufactures small turbojet engines, including the TJ40 and TJ80 models.[2][8]
