Octorate is an Italian software company based in Rome that develops tools for accommodation providers, including hotels, bed and breakfasts, apartments, and vacation rentals.^[1]^[2]

History

Octorate was founded by Fabrizio Scuppa in 2015.^[1] The same year, the company received a €500,000 investment from P101 and Marco Corradino, the founder of Bravofly.^[3]^[4]

In 2017, Octorate was acquired by Dylog Italia. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.^[5]^[2]

Products and services

The company provides software for online distribution and booking management in the hospitality industry. Its services include a channel manager, a booking engine, and integrations with online travel agencies, metasearch services, and property management systems.^[1]
